About the Freedom Run
WHEN
Sunday, June 27, 2010. Race: 7:30pm. Race Day Registration:
6:15–7:15pm.
WHERE
Clawson City Park, on Elmwood (14 1/2 Mile) between Crooks and Main Street (a.k.a., Livernois). Registration area is at north side of the park on Custer Street, south of Park Drive. Parking is available on the north side of Elmwood and on Custer Street, north of Elmwood.
COURSE
Course length Certified 2008: 5 Kilometers. Starting line is just East of Bywood on Park Drive. Route patrolled by 36 guards. Course follows Park, Washington, Elmwood, Selfridge, Chocolay, Broadacre, Webik, Elmwood, Kenilworth, Dreon, School, Custer, and ends at North edge of the City Park.
TIMES
Finish times are recorded using computer chips. Race time is also called out and displayed on a large digital clock. Split times are called out at the one mile and two mile marks.

- Trophies for First Three Men and First Three Women
- Trophies for Age Group Winners: 18 and under, 19 to 39, and 40 plus
- Medals for Top 40 Men and 40 Women
- T-shirts for all Registered Runners.
PREMIUM
Striking Freedom Run graphic T-shirt for all entrants.
FREE FUN RUN
Race 7:00pm–No registration required–A one-mile,
cross-country-type course will be run safely and entirely within
Clawson City Park.T-shirts awarded to the top three male and
female participants.
